Once you have received your boarding pass, please check that the booking matches your shift for the week.
On the day of your ride, please be at the assigned MRT pick-up point at least 5 - 10 minutes before the bus arrival time (drivers have been briefed to not reach the stops too early). Due to traffic regulations, the bus will not be able to wait for any latecomers.
1. To access your Trip ticket, go to Menu > `Manage rides`
2. You will be able to track the location of the bus 15 minutes prior to the departure time on your ride ticket.
3. Once the bus has arrived, open your ride ticket and SWIPE across the bar when it is enabled (turns dark grey).
Enjoy the bus ride and a notification will be sent when you are reaching your destination.
