In the case of a bus breakdown, you will receive an in-app notification if a replacement bus is unable to arrive at your stop within 30 minutes.
You can check the “Notification” Tab on the side menu bar to view the notifications sent to you.
Proceed to take a taxi to your office once you have received the in-app notification. Ensure that you have a screenshot of the notification and the taxi receipt in order to successfully submit a taxi claim for reimbursement.
In the case that the bus is more than 30 minutes late or has left the stop early, please take a screenshot of your boarding pass (timestamp of the picture should be seen clearly) and proceed to take a taxi to your office.
