Q) When does the Single Ride booking opens?
Booking window will be opened every Friday, for rides scheduled the following 2 weeks (Monday to Sunday)
Q) When does the Single Ride booking closes?
Single ride booking window closes at the following times:
- At 0500hrs each morning for morning Home to Work rides
- At 1700hrs each evening for evening Home to Work rides
- 30 mins before each respective Work to Home ride
In the event you have changes in your schedule, you can cancel your booking and make a new single trip booking using the SWATBiz app at any time.
The app can be used to track your ride, receive ride notifications on bus location and access to your boarding pass for the service.
Office staff who are working Overtime needs to book the transport manually using the SWATBiz app.
